It is my understanding that the current POK management have little to do with what is going on. POK is just the shell company Buddy is using to get listed on the ASX. Buddy could have gone down the IPO path however the reverse takeover strategy is usually quicker and cheaper.
A shell company is usually one that has little or no cash backing, no income producing assets and close to administrators being appointed. So don't expect any earth shattering news from POK's directors - they will be gone within months.
