That is often a normal occurrence rastus. Naturally they are going to try and limit selling the stock for less than $0.36. But it all depends on what they think the short term direction of the share price is going to be. One thing is for sure they will not want to be holding the stock for very long. Thats not the business they are in. That's why the fees for underwriting this were so hefty @ $554,167 to Pattersons.
