Great stock. Another Japanese one in similar position is GJT. You would think its a takeover play for sure. All its asset sales are going through above book value. Japanese rents are slowly going up. Vacancies low. Not a bad yield.

Last week when the share was ex buy back offer of $5.30 all the buyers dissapeared and the sellers/bots kept stepping over each other to sell. Opened at low $4's and over the hour kept going up until it hit $5.30. Ive never seen anything like it.
