No offence to Peter Thornhill but I would pay attention to buying something for more than it's worth.
We can't all be as lax with our investing strategies... especially those without the means.
Trying to state otherwise is like trying to convince a customer that being ripped off at the grocery store is okay because some items will be on special next week.
