Hi s2096914 yes agree, TTN has done very well of late and even though they have a current market cap of $150 million on the back of a $9.1 million profit for FY 2013 which puts them on a PE of about 16 it looks like the market iS factoring in some major growth for FY 2014 to be priced at such a high PE which im sure will be justifed by higher profits this current FY.

Based on the fact DSB is currently trading on a PE of only 2.5 u can see there is some major upside to this company with has also show very good growth numbers year on year ofr the last 4 years and beyond.

Really the market should be rating DSB like they have TTN and im sure it will only be a matter of time before they do as they have been growing year on year very considerably for the last 4 years and are set to make it 5 in a row.

DSB number for the last 4 years are.....

    2010 revenue $75.9 million
    2011 revenue $83.8 million
    2012 revenue $118.8 million
    2013 revenue $145.1 million up 22% on 2012

    2010 underlying EBITDA $8 million
    2011 underlying EBITDA $9.8 million
    2012 underlying EBITDA $12.8 million
    2013 underlying EBITDA $18.5 million up 41% on 2012

    2010 underlying NPAT $4.9 million
    2011 underlying NPAT $5.3 million
    2102 underlying NPAT $6.4 million
    2013 underlying NPAT $8 million up 26% on 2012

They are some serious growth numbers that deserve a much higher PE then the current one and if valued on the same basis as TTN although having a slightly different business then the mind boggles at where the share price could go.

Having said that a respectable PE for a comapny showing such good growth year on year should be valued on a PE of absolute least 10.

PE of 10 times last years $8 million profit equals a market cap of $80 million or $2.00 per share and thats being very conservative for a growth stock.

Very rarely do you find such potential in companies that are cashflow positive as usually they have already run but i beleive this is one of them.

Just my opinion but those numbers look to good to go past. Hoping to start buying monday.
