The Final Days will be probably be like the end of every empire - sacking and looting and blood in the streets.
but Hot Potato or Baker's Dozen - the ratio has been set. I don't see it how it could change now. There are ASX rules about take-overs that say that the buyer can't make a lesser offer in a set period of time. Makes sense as any company massively accumulating another can manipulate its price way too easy - and would turn all take-overs into disasters for their share-holders.
Instead its Queensbury Rules. Fair fight n'all.
