    Correct me if my calcs are wrong please.

    $50k GMM = 67567 shares @74c

    67567 GMM x 1.65 = 111486 GXY

    =TRUE

    111486 GXY x 47c = $52398

    $2398 difference currently.

    However the relative prices on the day of the merger compared to the day you swap the shares over will determine the gain/loss?
