If you add all of SOL's portfolio of shares NHC alone is almost worth its market cap at present and the stock should be trading at $16.40 given total portfolio is worth $3,916,545,277 if you divide this by the number of shares on issue 238,640,580 it gives you a share price of $16.41 a share which is currently trading at $9.95. Thats $6.46 cheaper than total portfolio value per share if all assets sold on current price.
