I hope you stay around here. If the company goes bust and the directors are found responsible, you can join a class action to go after them. I think our best prospects now are in seeing the company put in administration and go after the directors.

I find it interesting how so many commented on how well they presented as they tried to extract money from shareholders but yet omitted the most important fact of all...that there was a $4.8m liability hanging there if they couldn't raise money from elsewhere by 24th July, even though the date had passed. WHY WAS THIS NOT MENTIONED? The answer might appear obvious.

If there is class action, a couple of the posters here should be very, very worried, I would imagine. It may explain their silence!
