Crazy.
30 million market cap.
Has 80 million in cash and a 15 million asset for sale.
Surely this will double once a decision is made on what they want to do with the cash.
Even a capital return will cause a spike in share price.
Patience and your more than likely to double your money with little or no downside risk.
