Thanks Lionel. I understand your point. We're on the same page. Obviously i'm not making any sense via my post, as i'm making exactly that point, although i'm still doing dd on management given MA is no longer there and i think another of the senior management hasn't been there that long? So the old management was definitely proven, not that's a given yet though for the current management.
