I'm not familiar with the stocks you mention and to be honest not sure what you mean by neighbourhood stocks? Do you mean they've got tenements or something nearby to EXS?

Sorry for the long post. I think i'm like you, oze etc. Trying to buy stocks below their true value.

The gist of my post is trying to see what peoples thoughts are re the competing influences on the stock price, and as i say, whether the stock will trade lower either before or after it pays the dividend/cap return and whether i might pick it up cheaper that where it is at now.

OZE - i take your point re the cash backing, however my thought is that you can't really look at it that way unless you think you'll get the cash back. My guess is that management has kept the required cash to fund it's projects etc and therefore i'd assume it's going to be used up in the future? Therefore I'm trying to get a view on value of the tenements, assuming they have $Xm of cash to fund them.
