SPA was originally set up with the issue of some shares and options to vendors (vending in mining assets into the float).
Some were exercised and sold out a couple of weeks ago - see the Appendix 3B. I suspect that some were sold on Friday obviously ahead of the EGM - miners wont know what a tech stock looks like. That's my guess. Just one more trading day to suspension from trading till mid January '14.
