Couple of notes from previous announcements:
Dated 10 Dec "Significant gold intersections have been re-sampled and assayed at 1m intervals to more accurately
determine the define the gold mineralisation and will be reported when assay results are received."
Dated 19 Nov "The four metre composite assay results for the remaining 28 AC drill holes are expected in the next week. One metre samples from the encouraging intersections are being collected and will be assayed to gain a better understanding of the gold mineralisation."
SO my understanding is that all "Significant" and "encouraging intersections" from both big bell and central bore are being re analysed.( maybe, hopefully some big numbers in there.) If you look at the map with the results showing pink and red markers, you will notice the marks in between the significant results(from earlier drilling) are coloured but not showing any results.
The current results are at depth too if you refer to earlier results
CBRC004: 9m @ 7.19g/t gold (from 35m) including 3m @ 19.45g/t gold
9m @ 7.82g/t gold (49m) including 1m @ 39.4g/t gold & 1m @ 22.5g/t gold
CBRC005: 13m @ 2.58g/t gold (32m) including 1m @ 13.25g/t gold
3m @ 10.27g/t gold (80m) including 1m @ 26.1g/t gold
4m @ 5.75g/t gold (86m) including 1m @ 15.55g/t gold
CBRC006: 6m @ 1.89g/t gold (138m)
CBRC007: 9m @ 1.10g/t gold (71m).
These are very encouraging and not too deep which will reduce the cost of mining.
Dated 17 Dec 09 "Sandfire has previously disclosed that its VTEM survey confirmed the presence of 17 conductors in the Narracoota Formation on its tenements, of which 3 of those conductors overlapped onto Alchemy tenements.
The 3 conductors disclosed by the Sandfire VTEM survey have now been confirmed by the Alchemy VTEM survey.
Sandfires Doolgunna project has been described as the most significant copper-gold discovery, ever, in Western Australia. (Source: Sipa Resources Ltd Announcement 1 December 2009)
Alchemy intends to move at maximum speed to evaluate the potential for a similar discovery to Sandfires Doolgunna Project.
Alchemys tenements adjoin the Sandfire tenements and contain 165km2 of the highly prospective Narracoota Volcanics (Fig. 3)."
Results will come!! We have the tennements just awaiting results!!
