Massively undervalued- oil is going to $80 and at that price free cash flow for STO is very large.
Company is undervalued at this high oilprice. STO is very leveraged to oil according to Wood analysts which means higher prices in this next cycle will show up in the bottom line immediately. We have a 13 billion dollar company with 2.8 billion in debt and large free cash flow and lots of tax credits to burn through. Why do you thing Harbour offered $7.00 a share. If this oil cycle lasts 3-4 years due to chronic low investment STO will have no debt and a very big war chest.
