Hi Paleobro, for those that hold both it probably will balance out either way, but for those that only hold MKO we need to ensure we are getting fair value for what we hold, the processing plant is the Jewel that EAR needs, we would like to join with EAR, but we don't need to. I hope we can though, as I think it will be in the interests of both to do so and will see value appreciation for both, but we hold the Jewel as far as I am concerned.
