I don't think no votes from us smaller holders will affect the vote for MKO. A yes vote for Ear shareholders will be more difficult so the pricing needs to be fair for both sides.
A number that is a significant premium to current SP but still a value proposition for ear shareholders is where this needs to be.
A merger with Ear is the best value add for mko so let's hope this gets done.
