NL, MKO will be bringing quite a bit to the table including cash, plant and half decent gold resource.

Presentation on Bronze wing acquisition 19-11-2014 includes tenements and plant. Page 4 summary shows replacement value of $100m for plant alone and in good order. Might need to spend a little to bring it up to standard but yes, lets hope its valued on arms length basis.
