If NIU is still mining, then what? If it comes profitable and not insolvent, can NIU have the suspension lifted given the recent history of poor profitability and virtual insolvency with court proceedings over outstanding debts? The cause of suspension was both of these issues. NIU would have to cut Management costs and mine gold at a much lower AiSC to regain trust from ASIC.
