They should absolutely NOT remove Toyota from their website.  They should merely state that they are not responsible for that component of their IT systems.  For any large company like Toyota there are many IT organisations that can support them and there are many aspects to security as well in IT:

• There is perimeter security
• There is network security
• There is end point security
• There is app security
• etc

 I agree with @t1obrien in that this is an opportunity for Tesserent to stick their hand up and potentially help the 3rd party resolve the issue.  Even better, maybe that 3rd party if they are a large IT service provider could see what value Tesserent could add and utilise them as a partner moving forward.

OR

Maybe they could buy Tesserent out for 20c a share
