    Hi Kingofhell, can you explain what the patent is, to me it looks like some modification that can be applied to various types of batteries (eg Lithium Iron, Lithium Manganese) as opposed to a dramatic change of the underlying chemistry.

    From that first patent on your list I got the following basic formula,

    "1. A bio-mineralized composition for use in an electrochemical cell, comprising: a bio-material represented by a general formula y[Li1~x M a PO c).(1-y)[M b(PO
    c)3~d(Ap)1~e].C z or y[Li1~x M a O c].(1-3)[Mb(PO c)3~d(Ap)1~e].C z or y[Li1~x M a O c].(1-y)[M
    b(PO c)3~d(Ap)1~e] .C z or y[Li1~x M a O c].(1-y)[M b(PO c)3~d(Ap)1~e].C z or y[M a].(1-y)[M
    b(POc)3~d(Ap)1~e].C z or y[Li1~x M a Si a O c].(1-y)[M b(PO c)3~d(Ap)1~e].C z, or y[Li1~x M a O c].w[Li2~x M a O c].(1-y-w)[M b(POc)3~d(Ap)1~e].C z, or y[Li1~x M a BO c].(1-y)[M b(PO c)3~d(Ap)1~e].C
    z, or y[M a O x].(1-y)[M b(PO c)3~d(Ap)1~e].C z; wherein M represents at least one element selected from a group consisting of H, Li, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ra, Sc, Mo, W, V, Cr, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Ni, Co, Ti, Si, Al, S, Sn, Ga, Ge, Y, Zr, Tc, Ru, Pd, Ag, Dc, Hg, Pb, Au, Pt, Al, Hg, Na, K, Ag, Au, Pt, Li, Rb, Cs, B, C, P, Bi, In, Tl; Ap represents group of mixtures comprising of OH, F, Cl, I, N, Br, At, CO3, HCO3, NO3, PO4, SO4, CH3COO, HCOO, C2O4, CN; C
    represents Carbon or its allotropes and/or electrically conductive organic; P
    represents element phosphorous; Si represents silicon; Li represents lithium; B
    represents boron; O
    represents oxygen; x, y, w, z, a, b, c, d and e represent a number which comprises of x >=
    0,1 > y >= 0,1 > w >= 0, 100 >= z >= 0, 6 >= a >
    0, 100 >= b > 0, 2 >= c > 0, 3 >= d >= 0, 1 >= e > 0."

    The M seems to represent a number of metals, take your pick, Zinc, Iron, Manganese all seem to be included.

    But then again, I am no battery chemist so if we have anybody on the forum who understands the formula I am sure there are many who would appreciate your input.

    Thanks
