I think you will find the $100 million is earmarked for the Energy Hub, because Drive It NQ to be located at Calcium and Charters Towers have there own budget, because the State Government is asked to commit $18.5M for the project to support the Federal Government allocation of $5M.
However I was more driving towards the timeframe required for QLD Gov budget for all this and make the funds available after, let alone to put all this required infrastructure into place! MNS putting in the DA and getting it approved is not the problem here, I think.
1. FS by end of September, but before the end of the year.
2. Assuming the result of the FS is positive, which then leads to a BFS.
3. Investment decision by middle of 2020, in conjunction with some sort of finance deal.
4. When will the QLD Gov be ready with at least some of the required infrastructure in place so construction can commence?
5. From the word go, when ever that might be, MV has estimated about 2 1/2 years of construction leading up to production.
