Yes, good point that infrastructure needs to be improved and expected that this will cost around $100m. It was interesting that Cr Jenny Hill mentioned discussions had with council, iM3 and DriveIt NQ. Apparently the infrastructure wouldn't be to support the iM3 factory solely. It will support the Energy hub at the Ex-CSIRO site, as well as the neighbouring DriveIt NQ project which has been lobbying for a Driver education/motorsport district in Calcium/Woodstock for a number of years.
