Marks professionalism and efficiency give me huge amounts of belief that when he says something will be done, it has been well planned and is very likely to be delivered.
An FS draft to be submitted in early June and the final one in September is extremely promising considering the work and scale of the multi-billion dollar project.
He mentioned property and process development being aligned now, which sounds to me like the council is moving with IM3 to prepare for the infrastructure upgrades.
Local and state government appear to be clear champions of the project.
