To date little more has happened than Republic being replaced by DLS, plus several million other shares sold.
SXY won't be selling their share I would imagine.
We could simply go forward with DLS as the largest shareholder, replacing Republic. This is actually an improvement as DLS are known in the OZ market, and experts in the Cooper.
Republic's action seem a little odd, given they too could have got better terms by waiting. Maybe they were constrained by the original terms of the agreement.
I won't be selling under any circumstances.
