plenty of better deals around to trade offshore. I have used the international etrade which is a flat fee for most and in fact there is a slightly more expensive one out of luxembourg under the TDWaterhouse brand called internaxx. I have no interest in any of these just had the same difficulty until I decided to get it done.
I current dont hold anvil but it is my to do list.
