im wondering if my shares purchased @ $1.15 is going to be worth anything in 12 months time. can't sell as its too low and hoping for a recovery, but it just seems to be getting worse.
at current rate of fall(about 50% from ipo price in 6 months) market is implying complete failure within 6-12 months time.
ipos is a tough game as the vendors/owners have more information than the new buyers. its a classic pass the parcel ponzi.
re mngmt credibility - there isn't any, they should've been upfront on the sales losses from the target from the start.
re result was shocking, but company appears highly geared to sales. if it can get better sales in CY2015 than H1FY2015(which was a disaster), then it should stabilise and improve.
