Below comparison a few weeks old now, but FBR seems to have changed trend in anticipation for final build, testing and first construction this year.
SAS Looks to slowing its downward trend. I would say its reached bottom or close too. Seems to be some bullish divergence on the indicators, also the ADX is coming down. Some fundamental goals will be kicked in the next few months, maybe even a decent contract in this quarter (some speculating within the next 10days).
