Top management

The quality and integrity of 4ds management is second to none. We talk a lot about JD , and rightfully so, but here is a little story about another top manager at 4ds. David Mc Auliffe, he has integrity in buckets. In a early CR many moons ago he showed his true colors. The CR was very heavily over subscribed, to the point there would have been a sheet load of money over what 4ds really needed. He could of accepted the extra money and just issued more shares, but being who he is he didn’t. He did not want to dilute the shareholding by anymore that he had to, he was protecting all shareholders interest. He only accepted what 4ds needed for the next part of there development, and he and the rest of the board have been doing this all along. We hopefully are sitting on a technology that will fill our pockets with money, and definitely with a management team working for all shareholders.
