l really like the way Paul goes about his business, and the passion shows not in the dollaŕs but in the plant itself. There is alot to like about the vision and strategy that is unfolding to set up long term reward. This has been years in the planning which is strating to open up with some of the red tape being lifted and the excitement shows on his face everytime he talks.
