I don’t understand, either. I plan to buy on facts. I hope the bill can become law ASAP because the bill means a lot to the business. However, any more delay could mean it is not happening. You should understand that if the bill is not passed before Christmas, it will need to be started over with the new Congress, and it could take one year or even longer to file a new bill.
I don’t feel much pain today coz I know it’s only temporary. Now it’s all about farm bill.
