Been told not to share it so can only make a few generic comments:

- Ruane appears twice

- Kohler appears twice

- I'm at number 12, three other people I know are at numbers 5, 11 and 20

- there are two insto nominees in the T20 which doesn't tell us much

- another holder is the bloke that served a 249D notice way back in 2012...he appears twice in the list

That's twelve of them. The rest are noone I recognise.
