The line "has agreed an exclusive manufacturing and customer arrangement with Burkert Fluid Control Systems (Burkert) in relation to SciDev’s OptiFlox® System" is the key phrase here. If it works out they will be selling lots of these (the statement implies multiple and not just one) and there will be some serious serious money to be made buying in at these levels.
