Agree re. the price. To many investors saw the 20c-30c as a good opportunity to invest in DES (no that long ago), it got to 43c, there's no way it would be sold for much under 30c.
As for the quote from Paul Nojin (from Redisni's post ... I assume it's a quote from the sheet): >>> 'DES has been battered about in recent months, so it's great news for shareholders.' <<< Speak for yourself Paul ... I for one don't think it's great having a long-term investment suddenly converted to either a forced sell or an offer-too-good-to-refuse-better-sell-now-or-else situation.
I liked DES's future ... I hope we still have an opportunity to be part of it.
