Now, anyone can go into the ASIC website, enter the Company name or ABN / ACN number and it will show the directors names and postal address.
That’s why I posted previously “ I’m confused” how someone (that continually posts misleading information) thinks they can issue a lawsuit by disclosing this information. ASIC is a public domain, information available to the public .and definitely not a breach of the privacy act.
Far out, if you google anyone’s name or go into “ LinkedIn” website it’s shows companies/ people were involved within the past 10-15 years.
