for 50.1% ARC need approx. 84,804,900 shares. They currently as of yesterday have 56,000,000 (in it's takeover statement it was 57,000,000) so for them to gain majority they still need another at least 28 million shares. Let's hope shareholders are smart enough, still that is alot of shares
