No idea who these guys are, or who they are buying for, but they have an infatuation with PTS it seems (more likely an infatuation with their iron ore exposure through EFE and WPG)...their interest in PTS in today's T20 is almost 2.5 milion more shares than in the previous T20 released 3 months ago.
Looking at hte volume chart for last 3-4 months, thats pretty much the everything traded.
