Made reference to it earlier but I'd almost be inclined to treat the options price as the better indicator of the market's true valuation of the share price right now. Sure, significantly less volume, but look how few people are willing to give them up, and the premium people are happy to offer up to grab them, which implies something to the effect of min 36c (plus flexibility premium from there)
