The players sitting on gas resources in the western province PNG (including Pandora gas field) have squandered an opportunity to progress their projects while the energy pricing environment was buoyant. Everyone was bemoaning the lack of progress even while commodity prices were strong - I can only imagine how bad this is going to go in the present-near term energy pricing environment.
