They haven't really been clear on how it will work but my understanding is as follows:
IFE dig up the dirt, process the dirt for Iron Ore, once the Iron Ore is taken out, whatever is left over is TRF's. Dirt, Gold, Silver, Rubber Chickens, whatever TRF can find left in whats left over they can keep and sell.
