Gus is a non exec chairperson. The company employs a contract CEO and a COO.....so there exists the delegated personnel to move things along...and being paid to do so supposedly. However when you raise millions on the premise that you are going to drill X hole ....and then don't well draw your own conclusions. Additionally a perusal of Simpson"s background does not reveal that he has much oil/gas Industry experience. But apparently Ken Bull does.
