I think it all comes down to DC staying in his job to be honest. If he were to retire I believe it would do wonders for sentiment and see a decent take up of the offer. Obviously there would need to be a suitable replacement in time, but I honestly believe shareholders would take a second rate CEO than having DC still around.
It’s not up to shareholders to create the positivity, it’s the company and it’s actions.
