Many American funds don't invest in shares under a $1, other than that there's not much difference.
One has much more liquidity with more shares on issue.
Using neu as an example, the shares went down and the amount traded dropped (in dollar terms).
I have no problem with ftt as it is, especially as we should be over 10c soon imho.
