Oups! Looks like he or she cracked it on that one. Yes, many listed companies do it, you are right. 
Now here is the story; I watched companies doing CR every single year for 10 years and delivering zero results (CCE). I also watched a company doing one CR within a few years and delivering incredible returns (APT).

The point was that considering BID's plan they will need money at some point. Why does that matter? The frequency of doing a CR and the inevitable dilution that goes with it. Experience told me to always watch that variable (CR), amongst many other variables, for growth companies. This was just one point in a series of things to keep an eye on.
