Do some research, I believe they don't own all of Cortical Dynamics. They tried to get a float off some time ago without success if my recollection is correct. I believe shares are held in a private co, with former BPH shareholders at the time holding the majority of shares in the unlisted entity. Not shore of BPH's holding, but could be around 20% in Cortical by my best guess.
Not advice, not down-ramping, but before investing try to understand the interrelationships within the "Breeze" group, so those interested can make an informed decision.
