Purely tax loss/panickers by the way it was sold down. Option holders would be feeling pretty p..offed to add. Story has only progressed and management continue pushing forward.
Still hurdles to jump though, but pretty good entry on the sp at these levels imo. I wouldn't think there would be too much more downside from here.
