A strong increase in Non Agent Landlord Listings.
Steady increase in agent signing up. ( I have a mate in Mackay who runs a agency and he has never heard of Rent.com, Mackay is the 16th most popular area searched on Rent.com from a recent article)
Some detail about the national advertising rollout ( I have seen or heard nothing on radio and TV) just the odd article. Definitely need some clarity around this, they have cash set aside for it but would like to know there strategy.
Cash burn for the quarter.
Numbers for Rent Bond (not expecting much here but would like to see something never the less)
Do they still think they will be cash flow positive sometime in FY17
When will they start charging agents ( happy for them to keep it free until advertising is fully rolled out and UV's are north of 700 000)
Am I expecting to much from ma quarterly? ha ha
There is probably more so feel free to add any I have missed.
PS I had a nibble at 27 cents late today.
