Frac and test are covered in the total cost of the drilling
They probably would have to do another capital raising but I doubt it would be at this price. To me this is more of asian investors who follow bsp and now getting on the tnp train. Check out the bsp chart and you will see why you would wanna to get on tnp while its cheap.
