I think the fact that MD is saying its very valuable but will take to take a while to develop fits into his desire to divest this asset for a handsome sum. Tech paid 15m carry to get 19%. Therefore buying the rest for 40-50m very possible and likely. similarly another resource company looking for a LT quality asset would also be interested
