I might be reading this wrong but Teck has to spend a minimum to aquire the 70% which I believe has not been met yet. If this is correct it would cost Rox minimal funds to conduct a feasibility study as Teck would fund the majority of this. Also adding to the fact that Rox is an explorer not a mining company and want to commercialise thier interest in Teena, I see this as a win win for Rox as the funds they raise from this will go towards Fisher so I don't see a CR in the near future.
